RCW 79.24.550State buildings to be constructed only on capitol grounds—Exception.No state agency shall undertake construction of buildings in Thurston county except upon the state capitol grounds: PROVIDED, That the state capitol committee may authorize exceptions upon a finding by the state capitol committee that appropriate locations on the capitol grounds or east capitol site are unavailable.[ 1961 c 167 s 6.]
