RCW 79A.05.240Winter recreational parking areas—Restriction of overnight parking.The commission may, after consultation with the winter recreation advisory committee, adopt rules and regulations prohibiting or restricting overnight parking at any special state winter recreational parking areas owned or administered by it. Where such special state winter recreational parking areas are administered by the commission pursuant to an agreement with other public agencies, such agreement may provide for prohibition or restriction of overnight parking.[ 1982 c 11 s 4; 1975 1st ex.s. c 209 s 4.
