RCW 79A.05.300Establishment of urban area state parks by parks and recreation commission.For the reasons specified in RCW 79A.25.250, the state parks and recreation commission shall place a high priority on the establishment of urban area state parks and shall revise its plan for future state parks to achieve this priority.
