RCW 79A.60.485Vessels carrying passengers for hire on whitewater rivers—Rules to implement RCW 79A.60.480—Fees.The department of licensing may adopt and enforce such rules, including the setting of fees, as may be consistent with and necessary to implement RCW 79A.60.480.
