RCW 80.28.160Testing apparatus to be furnished.Every gas company, electrical company and water company shall prepare and maintain such suitable premises, apparatus and facilities as may be required and approved by the commission for testing and proving the accuracy of gas, electric or water meters furnished for use by it by which apparatus every meter may be tested.[ 1961 c 14 s 80.28.160.
