RCW 81.64.120Car equipment specified.Every streetcar run or used on any streetcar line in the state of Washington shall be provided with good and substantial aprons, pilots or fenders, and which shall be so constructed as to prevent any person from being thrown down and run over or caught beneath or under such car.[ 1961 c 14 s 81.64.120.
