RCW 81.68.020Compliance with chapter required.A corporation or person, their lessees, trustees, or receivers or trustees appointed by any court whatsoever, may not engage in the business of operating as a common carrier any motor-propelled vehicle for the transportation of persons and their baggage on the vehicles of auto transportation companies carrying passengers, between fixed termini or over a regular route for compensation on any public highway in this state, except in accordance with this chapter.[ 2007 c 234 s 48; 1989 c 163 s 3; 1984 c 166 s 3; 1961 c 14 s 81.68.020.
