RCW 81.70.230Certificates—Application, issuance.(1) Applications for certificates must be made to the commission in writing, verified under oath, and shall be in a form and contain information as the commission by regulation may require. Every application must be accompanied by a fee as the commission may prescribe by rule.(2) A certificate must be issued to any applicant who establishes proof of safety fitness and insurance coverage under this chapter.[ 2007 c 234 s 57; 1988 c 30 s 3.]
