RCW 81.77.130Application of chapter to collection or transportation of source separated recyclable materials.The provisions of chapter 81.77 RCW shall not apply to the collection or transportation of source separated recyclable materials from residences under a contract with any county, city, or town, nor to any city or town which itself undertakes the collection and transportation of source separated recyclable materials from residences.[ 1989 c 431 s 19.]
