RCW 81.80.360Procedure—Penalties—General statute invoked.All applicable provisions of this title, relating to procedure, powers of the department and penalties, shall apply to the operation and regulation of persons under this chapter, except insofar as such provisions may conflict with provisions of this chapter and rules and regulations issued thereunder by the commission.[ 1961 c 14 s 81.80.360.
