RCW 82.12.023Natural or manufactured gas, exempt from use tax imposed by RCW 82.12.020.The tax levied by RCW 82.12.020 shall not apply in respect to the use of natural or manufactured gas that is taxable under RCW 82.12.022.[ 1994 c 124 s 10; 1989 c 384 s 5.]NOTES:Intent—Effective date—1989 c 384: See notes following RCW 82.12.022.
