RCW 82.23A.900Effective date—1989 c 383. (Expires July 1, 2030.)This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately, except RCW 82.23A.005 through 82.23A.040 shall take effect July 1, 1989.[ 1989 c 383 s 22.]
