RCW 82.23B.902Effective dates—1992 c 73.This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately [March 26, 1992], except sections 6, 7, 9, and 10 of this act shall take effect October 1, 1992.[ 1992 c 73 s 46.]
