RCW 82.46.080Notice to county treasurer.A county, city, or town that imposes an excise tax under this chapter must provide the county treasurer with a copy of the ordinance or other action initially authorizing the tax or altering the rate of the tax that is imposed at least sixty days before change becomes effective.[ 1998 c 106 s 10.]
