RCW 85.08.210Warrant for damages.Upon the entry of judgment as provided in RCW 85.08.200, the county auditor shall, under the direction of the county legislative authority, draw a warrant upon the county treasurer for the payment of the amount of damages agreed to or the amount of the judgment, as the case may be, to be paid out of the current expense fund of the county.[ 1986 c 278 s 31; 1913 c 176 s 15; RRS s 4420.]NOTES:Severability—1986 c 278: See note following RCW 36.01.010.
