RCW 85.08.900Alternative methods of formation of improvement districts.Whenever an improvement district is sought to be established, in addition to the procedures authorized by this chapter there may be employed any other method authorized by law for the formation of districts or improvement districts so that the improvement district will qualify under the provisions of chapter 89.16 RCW.[ 1959 c 104 s 6.]
