RCW 85.24.290Service of notices on agent of owner.When any notice is required to be given to the owner under any of the provisions of this chapter, such notice shall be given to the agent instead of the owner, in case the owner prior to the giving of the notice required by the board or proper officer has filed with the board or proper officer the name of the agent with his or her post office address.[ 2013 c 23 s 439; 1909 c 225 s 29; RRS s 4389.]
