RCW 86.09.217Eminent domain—Right to levy on other land not affected.If the damages found in any condemnation proceedings are to be paid for from funds of the flood control district, no finding of the jury or court as to benefits or damages shall in any manner abridge the right of the district to levy and collect assessments for district purposes against the uncondemned lands situated within the district.[ 1937 c 72 s 73; RRS s 9663E-73.
