RCW 86.09.304Bond of officer or employee handling funds.Every district officer or employee handling any district funds shall execute a surety bond payable to the district in the sum of double the estimated amount of funds handled monthly, conditioned that the principal will strictly account for all moneys or credit received by him or her for the use of the district.
