RCW 86.09.382Assessments—Presumption that land benefited by class—Benefit ratio basis of assessment.It shall be and hereby is presumed that lands within flood control districts organized under the provisions of this chapter, shall be benefited in relation to their respective classes to be determined as herein provided, and that the relative ratios of benefits for said lands arising from their locations in said respective classes shall be the basis upon which the same shall be assessed to raise district revenues for any and all purposes now or hereafter authorized by law.[ 1937 c 72 s 128; RRS s 9663E-128.
