RCW 86.09.547District funds—Utility bond fund—Composition—Use.Revenues from the use, sale or lease of water and/or other service furnished by the district to the extent pledged to the payment of district utility bonds, as herein provided, shall be placed in the utility bond fund and used exclusively for the payment of such bonds with interest according to their terms.[ 1937 c 72 s 183; RRS s 9663E-183.
