RCW 87.03.030Elections are governed by irrigation district laws.All elections of irrigation districts, general or special, for any district purpose and in any county of the state shall be called, noticed, and conducted in accordance with the laws of the state, specifically relating to irrigation districts.[ 1951 c 201 s 1.
