RCW 87.03.125System of drainage, sanitary sewers, or sewage disposal or treatment plants—Powers upon passage of resolution.Upon the passing of said resolution, the district shall in all respects have the same power and authority as is now, or may hereafter be, conferred respecting irrigation and all powers in this act conferred upon irrigation districts with respect to irrigation shall be construed to include drainage systems, sanitary sewers, and sewage disposal or treatment plants in conjunction therewith as herein provided.[ 1965 c 141 s 4; 1923 c 138 s 5, part; RRS s 7428-2.
