RCW 87.03.185Proposed works—Reclamation Service may make findings.In the case of an irrigation district under contract or in cooperation with the United States under the provisions of the United States Reclamation Act, the investigation and findings above required to be made by the state director of ecology may be made by the United States Reclamation Service with the same authority and under like conditions, if it so elects.[ 1988 c 127 s 42; 1923 c 138 s 7, part; RRS s 7431 1/2-4.
