RCW 87.03.190Proposed works—Plan of development—Special election.Upon receipt of said findings the district board shall thereupon finally determine the plan of development and estimate and determine the amount of money to be raised and shall immediately thereafter call a special election as provided by law.[1923 c 138 s 7, part; RRS s 7431 1/2-5.
