RCW 87.03.290Segregation of assessment—Hearing.When the irrigation district directors shall deem it advisable to make such segregation of assessments they shall by resolution fix the time and place for the hearing of the question concerning the segregation of assessments, which hearing may be at the next regular meeting of the directors of said irrigation district at its principal office.[ 1951 c 205 s 2.
