RCW 87.03.420Evidence of assessment, what is.The assessment book or delinquent list, or a copy thereof, certified by the secretary, showing unpaid assessments against any person or property, is prima facie evidence of the assessment of the property assessed, the delinquency, the amount of assessments due and unpaid, and that all the forms of law in relation to the assessment and levy of such assessment have been complied with.[ 1895 c 165 s 18; 1889-90 p 688 s 31; RRS s 7449.
