RCW 87.03.520Local improvement districts—Contracts with state or United States for local improvement work.Any irrigation district may contract with the United States, or the state of Washington, for local improvement work, and for such purpose may form local improvement districts as herein provided.Authorization of local improvement district bonds or of contract with the United States, or the state of Washington, for local improvement work may be confirmed in the same manner as provided in RCW 87.03.785 to 87.03.805, inclusive.[ 1921 c 129 s 31; 1917 c 162 s 16; RRS s 7466.
