RCW 87.03.551Consolidation of irrigation districts—Procedures supplemental to boundary change provisions.The procedure herein provided for the consolidation of districts shall not supersede or repeal any provisions of this act providing for changing the boundaries of any irrigation district, but shall be additional and supplemental thereto.[ 1919 c 180 s 23; RRS s 7473.]
