RCW 87.03.690Exclusion of lands from district—Guardian, executor or administrator may sign and acknowledge.A guardian, and executor or an administrator of an estate who is appointed as such under the laws of this state, and who, as such guardian, executor or administrator, is entitled to the possession of the lands belonging to the estate which he or she represents, may, on behalf of his or her ward or the estate which he or she represents, upon being thereto properly authorized by the proper court, sign and acknowledge the petition in this act mentioned, and may show cause, as in this act provided, why the boundaries of the district should not be changed.[ 2013 c 23 s 507; 1889-90 p 703 s 71; RRS s 7496.
