RCW 87.28.110Payment of bonds.Said county treasurer shall have authority to pay said bonds and any appurtenant coupons in accordance with their terms from any moneys on hand in said special fund and when said bonds with interest have been fully paid, any moneys remaining in the fund shall be transferred to the expense fund of the district and the special fund closed.[ 1983 c 167 s 241; 1949 c 57 s 11; Rem.
