RCW 87.80.160Entity's levy to include budget apportionment.Immediately after final adoption of the budget the secretary of the board shall mail or deliver a copy thereof showing the apportionment of the charge to each irrigation entity, to the secretary of each irrigation entity coming under the jurisdiction of the board of joint control and it shall be the duty of each irrigation entity to include in its levy for the ensuing year, the amount apportioned and charged to it in the budget.[ 1996 c 320 s 13; 1949 c 56 s 15; Rem.
