RCW 87.84.040Notice and election.A notice of election and election shall be held to determine whether the electors desire to convert the existing irrigation district to an irrigation and rehabilitation district.The notice of election and election shall be governed by the applicable provisions of chapter 87.03 RCW relating to the original formation of districts.[ 1961 c 226 s 5.]
