RCW 88.02.580Voluntary donations—Maritime historic restoration and preservation.The department shall provide an opportunity for each person registering a vessel under this chapter to make a voluntary donation to support the maritime historic restoration and preservation activities of the Grays Harbor Historical Seaport and the Steamer Virginia V Foundation. All voluntary donations collected under this section must be deposited in the maritime historic restoration and preservation account created under RCW 88.02.660.[ 2010 c 161 s 1023; 1996 c 3 s 1.
