RCW 88.08.020Tampering with lights or signals.Every person who, in such manner as might, if not discovered, endanger a vessel, railway engine, motor, train, or car, shall show, mask, extinguish, alter, or remove any light or signal, or exhibit any false light or signal, is guilty of a class B felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in a state correctional facility for not more than ten years.[ 2003 c 53 s 415; 1992 c 7 s 62; 1909 c 249 s 402; RRS s 2654.]NOTES:Intent—Effective date—2003 c 53: See notes following RCW 2.48.180.
