RCW 89.08.390Water rights preserved—1939 c 187.Insofar as any of the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling: PROVIDED, HOWEVER, That none of the provisions of this chapter shall be construed so as to impair water rights appurtenant to lands within or without the boundaries of any district or districts organized hereunder.[ 1939 c 187 s 17; RRS s 10726-17.]
