RCW 89.30.100Election—Canvass of returns.The board of county commissioners of the county in which the petition to organize the district is filed shall receive from the several county auditors concerned their abstracts of election returns, herein provided for, shall tabulate the same and declare the result of the election.[ 1927 c 254 s 34; RRS s 7402-34.
