RCW 89.30.115District liable for formation costs.Any reclamation district created under the provisions of this chapter shall be liable for the necessary costs preliminary to and involved in preparing the petition for the organization of the district, in publishing any notice required and in conducting the election approving the creation of the district.[ 1927 c 254 s 39; RRS s 7402-39.
