RCW 89.30.133Powers—Improvement and divisional districts, purposes.Said reclamation districts shall have authority to create general improvement districts and divisional districts to include any or all the lands within the reclamation district, to provide for the levy and collection of special assessments against the respective lands benefited, and to issue bonds, and other evidences of indebtedness, as in this chapter provided.[ 1927 c 254 s 45; RRS s 7402-45.
