RCW 89.30.199Eminent domain—Levy on uncondemned lands unaffected.If the damages found in any condemnation proceedings are to be paid for from funds of the reclamation district, no finding of the jury or court as to benefits or damages shall in any manner abridge the right of the district to levy and collect taxes for district purposes against the uncondemned lands situated within the reclamation district.[ 1927 c 254 s 67; RRS s 7402-67.
