RCW 89.30.220Right to construct across streams, highways, railways, etc.—Disagreements, how determined.If such railroad company and said board or the owners or controllers of said property, thing or franchise so to be crossed, cannot agree upon the amount to be paid therefor or the points or manner of said crossings or intersections, the same shall be ascertained and determined in all respects as herein provided for the taking of land under the power of eminent domain.[ 1927 c 254 s 74; RRS s 7402-74.
