RCW 89.30.274Directors—Organization—President, secretary.The directors of the reclamation district shall organize as a board and shall elect a president from their number and appoint a secretary who shall be secretary of the district and who shall keep a record of the proceedings of the board and shall have custody of the official records of the district.[ 1927 c 254 s 92; RRS s 7402-92.
