RCW 89.30.283Directors—Regular meetings, change of day.The directors shall hold a regular monthly meeting at their office on such day in each month as the board shall designate in their bylaws and may adjourn any meeting from time to time as may be required for the proper transaction of business; PROVIDED, That the day of the regular monthly meeting cannot be changed except in the manner prescribed herein for changing the place of business of the district.[ 1927 c 254 s 95; RRS 7402-95.
