RCW 89.30.304Delivery of records, etc., to successor.Every person, upon the expiration or sooner termination of his or her term of office as an officer of the district, shall immediately turn over and deliver, under oath, to his or her successor in office, all records, books, papers, and other property under his or her control and belonging to such office. In case of the death of any officer, his or her legal representative shall turn over and deliver such records, books, papers, and other property to the successor in office of such deceased person.[ 2013 c 23 s 567; 1927 c 254 s 102; RRS s 7402-102.
