RCW 89.30.361Elections—Checking names of voters against registration list.In any case where the reclamation district voting precinct includes only part of the county voting precinct, the precinct election officials for said precinct shall check the names of the electors offering to vote the district election against the registered poll list attached to the registration book, and any said elector whose name appears on said poll list shall receive a district ballot and shall be entitled to vote at said district election.[ 1927 c 254 s 121; RRS s 7402-121.
