RCW 89.30.382Declaration of candidacy for board—Fee.Any qualified resident elector of any director district which is entitled at that time to elect a candidate for the office of reclamation district director may become a candidate for such office by filing, at least thirty days prior to the election, his or her declaration of candidacy with the county auditor of his or her county and by paying a fee of one dollar for said filing.[ 2013 c 23 s 576; 1927 c 254 s 128; RRS s 7402-128.
