RCW 89.30.439General improvement districts—Resolution, survey and investigation.For the purpose of organizing such an improvement district, the district board shall pass a resolution outlining in general terms the proposed improvement to be constructed or property or rights to be acquired, finding that the same will be of special benefit to any or all the lands susceptible of irrigation within the reclamation district, and ordering a survey and investigation with respect to the matter.[ 1927 c 254 s 147; RRS s 7402-147.
