RCW 89.30.445General improvement districts—Board may make survey and investigation.The district board shall have full authority to make such survey and investigation as in its judgment shall be necessary to obtain reliable information upon which to determine whether the proposed improvement shall be made or property or rights acquired, and for this purpose the district board shall employ such services of every nature as may be required.[ 1927 c 254 s 149; RRS s 7402-149.
