RCW 89.30.502Exclusion of nonirrigable lands from general improvement or divisional districts—Time for hearing—Notice.Upon the receipt of any petition for exclusion of lands from any general improvement district or divisional district, the board shall fix a time and place for hearing said petition and give notice thereof at the expense of the landowner concerned by publication in a newspaper of general circulation published in the county where the lands petitioned to be excluded are situated, for a period of two weeks (three issues) prior to the date of the hearing.[ 1927 c 254 s 168; RRS s 7402-168.
