RCW 89.30.514Exclusion of nonirrigable lands from general improvement or divisional districts—Power to reduce assessments.In the event that lands petitioned to be excluded cannot be relieved of the obligation to pay assessments for outstanding bonds, the board shall have authority, when sitting as a board of equalization, to make an equitable reduction in the amount of assessments levied against such land for bond purposes.[ 1927 c 254 s 172; RRS s 7402-172.
